Vores SBN Black Belt camp i februar måned var en kæmpe succes, som vi nu gentager og åbner op for alle dangrader.
Black Belt Instructor Camp i DSBN Shin, Boo Young's tegn – en hel weekend fyldt med træning, fordybelse, venskab og sammenhold.
Hvad kan du forvente af campen?
Weekenden har fokus på og bliver bygget op omkring:
- Fordybelse i Poomseer og styrken i de 6 træningsprincipper.
- Ilbo Darrion som disciplin ud fra DSBN Shin's ideologi
- Dynamic Kicking - the art of kicking
- Frigørelser og ledmanipulatiner
- Åndedrætsøvelser med relation til vores Taekwon-Do og Poomseer.
- Qi Gong og sammenhængen til de 6 træningsprincipper og Poomseetræning.
- De 6 træningsprincipper og deres særlige kraft i Taegeuk og Poomseetræning.

Fredag den 10. oktober kl. 16.30 til søndag den 12. oktober kl. 15.00

- Jimmy Nakel 8. Dan – ‘nørd’ i åndedrætsøvelser, Qi Gong, De 6 træningsprincipper og Ilbo Darrion
- Peter Hejbroch, 8. Dan – kendt for sin evne til at forstå, mestre og videreformidle vores Poomseer.
- Frank Schneider 8. Dan - kendt for hans imponerende flyvespark og dynamiske sparketeknik
- Søren Bak Søballe 7. Dan - selvforsvars specialist og snart 8. Dan

- Pris: 750 kr. inkl. fuld forplejning og overnatning i klubben
- Overnatning: På egne luftmadrasser/liggeunderlag i dojangen eller i medbragt telt.

BLACK BELT INSTRUCTOR CAMP – 10.-12. oktober 2025
Our SBN Black Belt Camp in February was a huge success, which we are now repeating – and opening up to all Dan ranks.
Black Belt Instructor Camp in DSBN Shin, Boo Young’s name – a whole weekend filled with training, immersion, friendship, and camaraderie.
What can you expect from the camp?
The weekend will focus on and be built around:
- In-depth work on Poomsae and the power of the 6 training principles
- Ilbo Darrion as a discipline based on DSBN Shin’s ideology
- Dynamic Kicking – the art of kicking
- Releases and joint manipulations
- Breathing exercises related to our Taekwon-Do and Poomsae
- Qi Gong and its connection to the 6 training principles and Poomsae training
- The 6 training principles and their special power in Taegeuk and Poomsae training
When?
Friday, October 10th at 16:30 to Sunday, October 12th at 15:00

Instructors
- Jimmy Nakel, 8th Dan – ‘nerd’ in breathing exercises, Qi Gong, the 6 training principles, and Ilbo Darrion
- Peter Hejbroch, 8th Dan – known for his ability to understand, master, and pass on our Poomsae
- Frank Schneider, 8th Dan – known for his impressive flying kicks and dynamic kicking technique
- Søren Bak Søballe, 7th Dan – self-defense specialist and soon 8th Dan

- Time for conversation and friendship
- Delicious food and cozy moments
- A unique opportunity for immersion, as well as training and networking with other SBNs within DSBN
Who can attend?
The camp is open to all black belt instructors under DSBN Shin, Boo Young.
Registration and further information
- Registration: via this EVENT
- Price: DKK 750 incl. full catering and accommodation at the club
- Accommodation: Bring your own air mattress/sleeping pad for sleeping in the dojang or your own tent
- Packing list and program will be sent to all participants one week before the camp
- Registration deadline: October 1st, 2025
